Global Ocean Race - Slovak Ambassador’s party for Marco Nannini and Class40 Financial Crisis

In a drive to unite Slovak citizens around the world, the half-Italian, half-Slovakian, Global Ocean Race (GOR) skipper, Marco Nannini, is sailing around the globe flying the Slovakian national flag. Nannini, who took third place in Leg 1 of the GOR sailing double-handed with his British co-skipper, Paul Peggs on Class40 Financial Crisis, was guest of honour at a party hosted by the Slovakian Ambassador to South Africa, His Excellency, Ladislav Straka, at the Slovakian Consulate in Cape Town.
