11th Hour Racing Team - Transat Jacques-Vabre - THE HOME STRETCH: BATTLING FOR THE PODIUM

After 12 days of racing, Charlie and Pascal are sitting in 4th place with less than a 1000 miles of racing to go in the Transat Jacques Vabre before arriving into Salvador de Bahia, Brazil.
Earlier this week, the team crossed through the Doldrums, an infamous part of the Atlantic known for light winds, squalls, and sweltering heat. This part of the race track was made even more challenging with an engine failure, an unexpected broach, and a 1.5 hour penalty that cost the team two spots in the rankings, slipping from 3rd to 5th while they suspended racing to serve the penalty.

Charlie and Pascal are currently on a broad reach, looking to chase down PRB and Banque Populaire with the newer generation boats, Charal and Advens for Cybersecurity, hot on their tail. You won't want to miss the final action on the water!

11th Hour Racing's estimated arrival into Salvador Bahia is 3:00 PM EST this Sunday, November 10.
