Tonight's the night! The Rio 2016 Paralympic Games is upon
us and the Opening Ceremony will kick start the event in spectacular
fashion. Of the 80 sailors, expect to see a number of them well
represented at the ceremony across the 23 sailing nations and especially
Ireland, where 11-time Paralympian John Twomey will carry in his
nations flag.
Twomey has enjoyed a long, illustrious Paralympic career and Rio 2016 will be his swansong. We caught up with Twomey in Rio to hear his thoughts and you can enjoy the video by clicking here.
