Rossi e Tosi - Record Dakar-Guadalupa su cat di 6 m.: preparazione Canarie - Dakar

Ci siamo! Finalmente, dopo una lunga attesa a Las Palmas a causa della meteo, troviamo le condizioni di vento portante che attendevamo. Domani partiremo infatti per Dakar, dove ad attenderci ci sarà il personale del Sunugal Hotel, nostro sponsor tecnico, che ci ospiterà sino alla partenza per il tentativo di record. Il Sunugal Hotel è situato sulla costa settentrionale della penisola di Dakar e dispone di una baia protetta privata nella quale potremo lasciare Jrata3 - Wullschleger Group in tutta sicurezza. Ringraziamo la Signora Nicole Pruvost che da subito si é appassionata al progetto e ha deciso di sostenerci, ospitandoci nella sua struttura. 

La navigazione tra Las Palmas e Dakar durerà circa 4-5 giorni e copriremo un tratto di mare di circa 800 miglia. Ancora non sappiamo quando ripartiremo per la Guadalupa, ma pensiamo che la partenza non avverrà oltre il 15 dicembre. Il tracking é attivo e dal sito avrete delle brevi news che verranno inserite dal nostro responsabile della Comunicazione Giuseppe Dionisio.

Here we go! Finally after a long wait due to the weather in Las Palmas, we finally find the trade wind we were waiting for. Tomorrow we leave to Dakar, where the staff of the Sungal Hotel (one of our technical sponsors) will await us. We will stay there until the departure of the record attempt. The Sunugal Hotel is located on the northern coast of the peninsula of Dakar and has a private protected cove where we could safely leave Jrata3- Wullschleger Group.

We thank very much Mrs. Nicole Pruvost. She was immediately passionate for our project and decided to support and hosting us in the Hotel. The navigation between Las Palmas and Dakar will take about 4-5 days and we will cover about 800 nautical miles. We still don't know when we will leave to Guadeloupe, but we think that the departure will be not after December 15^th.

En effet nous partirons demain en direction de Dakar. Là bas nous seront attendus par le personnel du Sunugal Hôtel (notre nouveau sponsor technique) qui nous accueillera jusqu'au départ du tentative de record.
