Cetilar Sailing Series - M32 European Series ACT4 - DAY1

A brilliant sunshine hosted the first day of the Cetilar Sailing Series for the M32 Class.   Astonishing condition welcomed the teams with flat water and a consistent south easterly sea breeze of about 8/9 knts all day long that made possible to complete 8 beautiful races.
As usual in the fleet the balance is extreme and sailing is very close all around the race course. GAC Pindar, skippered by Ian Williams, won the day with a total score of 15 and four bullets out of 8 races.

This excellent performance was not enough to keep the second, Vitamina Veloce skippered by a very much in shape Andrea Lacorte, farer than just a point behind the leader. In third the home team of Jonas Warrer who had to deal with a couple of technical problems along the day, but still not far with 20 points.

The hospitality of the brand new Aarhus International Sailing Center is of a superior quality, offering everithing the fleet needs at very high level.

Special thank to Thomas Capitani and Jon Koch Hansen for all their support.    Tomorrow a stronger breeze is expected and the PRO Mattias Dalsthonm has scheduled racing at 1 pm.
